Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Klassy piece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
